Victoria, a senior executive at Vance Group, repeatedly ignores desperate calls from her biological daughter Chloe, who is being brutally bullied by foster sister Sienna and classmates. Victoria mistakes the pleas for tantrums and cuts off contact. The abuse escalates until Chloe jumps from a building; while briefly conscious in the hospital, Chloe is murdered when her father and Sienna remove her oxygen tube. Victoria's assistant Erik retrieves a USB drive containing full video evidence of the torture. Confronted with the reality she dismissed, Victoria orchestrates a campaign to turn the perpetrators against each other, secures their public confessions, and collaborates with police to ensure prosecution. She establishes the Chloe Anti-Bullying Foundation before taking her own life to reunite with her daughter.
