Syrsa, abducted in childhood, was rescued and trained by toxicologist Dr. Ian. When the Moretti clan murdered her guardian, she embedded herself within the rival Corleone household. Through calculated poisonings and manipulation, she eliminated the Don, crippled Dante, and destroyed Valentina, clearing the path for Julian to seize control. With vengeance satisfied, she retreated to a lakeside cabin and resumed treating the destitute.
