Premise of Chosen by the Stars, Claimed by Royalty
The Beggar Who Was an Heir
Elena lives in the slums, dismissed by everyone as a mere beggar. In reality, she is the lost heir to the High Priest, a truth hidden since childhood. Only Prince Alistair, her companion from those early years, shares the secret. This stark contrast between her visible poverty and her concealed lineage drives the narrative tension.
A Merchant's Fortune Built on Luck
A merchant adopts Elena and discovers her star-blessed luck brings unprecedented prosperity to his household. He exploits this gift to build a commercial empire, treating her as a tool rather than family. Once her utility fades, he casts her out without hesitation, stripping away the only home she has known since the slums.
The Pendant That Restores Everything
Destitute once more, Elena falls into Prince Alistair's arms. A broken pendant they each carried since childhood fits together, confirming their shared past and her true identity. He declares her his one true love, validating her worth. With her heritage proven, Elena steps forward to reclaim the power and affection that were stolen from her.
