Aurora endured nine cycles of Dante Corinni's annual "Month of No Masters," a pact granting the mafia heir thirty days without obligation. The arrangement fractured during the ninth year when Dante reunited with Scarlett and gifted her the sapphire necklace Aurora had designed. Unaware Aurora carried their child at fourteen weeks, he broke his own rules. A subsequent miscarriage drove Aurora to sever ties, liquidate joint holdings, and relocate to Tuscany. Only after her departure did Dante learn of the pregnancy and loss. He now pursues her with apologies, but Aurora refuses to return, having rebuilt a life with a partner who requires no waiting periods.
