My Hockey Alpha: Breakup Sparks Entanglement With Hockey Star Hiding A Secret
Nina Ends Relationship After Boyfriend Betrayal
The story opens with Nina ending things with her boyfriend after discovering his disloyalty. That breakup pushes her into a single night with Enzo Rivers, the school's standout hockey player. What begins as a clean break quickly turns into a new complication when Nina decides she wants nothing more to do with athletes, yet Enzo refuses to let the encounter end there.
Enzo Pursues Nina Despite Her Resistance
Enzo continues to pursue Nina even after she explicitly swears off hockey players. His persistence creates immediate tension between her self-imposed boundary and his unwillingness to walk away. The dynamic shifts from a one-time mistake into an ongoing standoff, with Nina trying to maintain distance while Enzo closes in.
Unusual Campus Hides Enzo Secret
Beneath the romantic friction lies a larger mystery: Enzo is concealing something significant about the campus itself. The setting is described as unusual, implying rules or realities beyond a typical school. That hidden layer suggests the conflict between Nina and Enzo may be shaped by forces neither fully controls, raising questions about what Enzo knows and why the campus differs from the norm.
