Who Are the Characters in My Three Mermaid Wives?
Ethan and the Heart of the Ocean System
Ethan enters the story as a participant at a black-market auction in a post-apocalyptic setting. He gains unexpected access to the "Heart of the Ocean" system, which enables him to bid an astronomical quantity of purified water. That resource secures the freedom of three captive mermaids and establishes a marital bond between them.
Princess Elena, Ruby, and Astrid
The three mermaids share a dire starting point: each is dying and slated for abuse by gangsters before Ethan intervenes. Princess Elena carries royal status, Ruby is identified as a singer, and Astrid is described as aloof. Their distinct backgrounds converge through the rescue and the resulting marriage arrangement.
The Marriage Dynamic After the Auction
Following the auction, all three mermaids become Ethan's wives simultaneously. The premise centers on a plural marriage formed under extreme scarcity, where purified water functions as both currency and lifeline. Their prior vulnerability and the system's power set the terms for the household that follows.
