Low‑elf Elara enters the lethal Beast King Trial with vision so poor that the four ancient sovereigns appear to her as harmless infants. She grooms their coats and feeds them mana crystals, never realizing they are the trial's supreme overlords. Charmed by her fearless care, each ruler pledges loyalty to the bewildered elf. When corrupt shadow magic erupts to consume the forest, Elara discovers she carries the dormant Veilbreaker Eyes and must accept the role of Warden of Beasts to confront the encroaching darkness.
