Elena is reborn into Chloe's body during a debut livestream and discovers that everything Chloe swallows instantly appears in Elena's own stomach. She freezes the feed to confirm the connection, identifies the daily stomach medication as the mystical tether, and secretly replaces the pills with inert substitutes. A master severs the supernatural channel, after which Elena rigs hidden cameras and walks into a trap set by Chloe and Jax. They drug her and attempt to frame her, but three days later a giant-pizza stunt ruptures Chloe's stomach, killing her and leading to Jax's arrest. Elena recovers, becomes a registered dietitian, launches a healthy-eating channel, publishes The First Bite, and relearns how to eat for herself.
