Former soldier Liam drives a taxi in 1951 Port Haven to support his wife Elena and the dockworkers who depend on him. When crime boss Victor Vance dies in his cab after an ambush, fragments of Victor's consciousness lodge in Liam's mind, exposing the Vance family's secret deals and betrayals. This knowledge makes Liam a target for Victor's son Marcus, enforcer Dante, and rival kingpin Moretti, all seeking control of the organization. While hunted, Liam works to uncover who ordered Victor's murder and shield the ordinary people caught in the conflict.
