Silicon Valley heiress Lily Carter loses her fortune overnight and wakes imprisoned in a glass tank, branded property No. 009 by Silas Voss, sovereign of the Serpent Empire. He coerces a lifelong master-servant contract because her scent suppresses his full-moon frenzy. The dynamic shifts when Lily manifests golden vertical pupils, revealing an extinct Medusa bloodline that petrifies serpents with a glance. She leverages this power at the Black-Gold Gala, destroys the ownership deed, and claims authority over Silas and his empire. The true antagonist emerges as Council Elder Zane, who imprisoned Lily's grandmother Iris for thirty years to harvest Medusa blood for Project Ark, creating experimental subjects including Lily's brother M-01 and sister Aria. To rescue their captured family — parents, grandmother, and aunt Vera — Lily and Silas form a symbiotic blood pact. Their alliance culminates in a final battle where Zane becomes a colossal serpent; Silas burns out his serpent blood to protect Lily and turns to stone. Lily uses a Primeval Medusa heart scale to restore him, leads an awakened Medusa army, and establishes the Human-Serpent Equality Act. A year later, the tank where she was held stands preserved in Silicon Valley, inscribed with proof that the rules were rewritten from the abyss.
