Eileen Bennett grows up marginalized by her father in favor of his illegitimate daughter Lily, trusting only her personally chosen bodyguard Alex. Her father arranges her marriage to Noah Gray, the comatose heir of a powerful family, for a billion-dollar alliance. Before leaving, Eileen intends to leave Alex to Lily but discovers he desires her stepsister and hides a secret identity marked by a tattoo. A series of brutal revelations follows: Alex has always prioritized Lily, Lily caused Eileen's mother's death and stole her opportunities, and Alex punished both Lily and Mr. Bennett after learning the truth.
