Federal sniper advisor Sloane Mercer disappeared in an explosion eighteen months earlier, leaving her husband Grant convinced she survived. At a memorial gala held in her honor, a gunman opens fire on the crowd. A waitress recently accused of theft reacts with lethal precision, placing herself between the shooter and Grant. She gives her name as Nora, yet her facial scars and ingrained combat movements match Sloane exactly.
